Peter Hawkins, PhD, is Professor of Leadership at Henley Business School, Chairman of Renewal Associates and founder and emeritus Chairman of Bath Consultancy Group and Chairman of Metaco South Africa. He is a leading consultant, writer and researcher in leadership and leadership development and an international thought leader in executive teams, and systemic team coaching. Peter is also a member of the Marshall Goldsmith 100, and is the author of many books on coaching and leadership, including his most recent, Systemic Coaching, delivering value beyond the individual. He is the Honorary President of the Association of Professional Executive Coaching and Supervision (APECS) and a fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and the Windsor Leadership Trust. He teaches and consults in over 50 countries and is a regular keynote speaker at international conferences. Peter is one of the creators of the Team Coaching Practitioner Certification for the Global Team Coaching Institute.
