Prior to assuming the President and CEO role of The Schutz Company in 2009, Ethan worked as a manager of training and development for Reuters; as an organizational development consultant for the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, and as the President of the Business Consultants Network.  Ethan also worked as an architect for a decade where he discovered his true passion around helping people work more effectively together.  Ethan holds a Master of Arts Degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University as well as a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Architecture from The University of California at Berkeley.

Dr. Van Dyke is a Managing Principal at The Van Dyke Resource Group and is a Human Capital Consultant, an Executive Coach, a Team and Group Coach, an Author, a Speaker and a Leading Generation Y Specialist.  For more than 25 years Pam has been helping individuals, teams and organizations define and reach their goals.  Pam started her career in behavioral healthcare where she was a practicing therapist for 13 years.  For the last several years, she has worked at the executive level of organizations in a variety of capacities.  Her corporate experience has included financial and insurance services, manufacturing, aerospace, and healthcare.  Working for Fortune 500 companies such as Tenet Healthcare, Baylor Healthcare, American Airlines, Bell Helicopter, American International Group (AIG) and Tenet Healthcare, she has held executive level positions in Human Resources, Talent and Leadership Development, Organization Development, Employee Engagement and Quality and Risk Management.

Join Dr. Krister Lowe and leading organizational coach Kati Livingston for this week's episode of The Team Coaching Zone Podcast.  Kati Livingston is a Managing Partner at Creative Management Systems, a consulting firm that helps organizations and teams adapt to changing conditions and re-engineer how they work together.  She holds a Master’s in Adult Development and Psychology from Harvard University and is certified in Executive Coaching from Columbia University. Her coaching interest is in partnering with professionals to build effective relationships. Even in a world of increasing globalization and reliance on technology, Kati sees human interaction as a core competency to lead, motivate, connect and build trust with clients and colleagues.  She teaches two courses in Harvard Extension School’s Master’s in Management program, titled “Creating and Leading Team Dynamics” and “Leading Through Change.” She also designs and delivers executive education programs for financial advisors on the Harvard campus.  Prior to her work in organizational development Kati earned a Master’s in Art History and often brings works of art into business presentations to spark thought and reflection.  Kati has been a Big Sister volunteer since 2000 and still regularly sees her Little Sister Felicia, now a 23-yr old college graduate.

Ethan Hanabury is a team leadership expert and executive coach, and was a higher education leader and senior administrator.  He is an award-winning executive coach, top management team expert, and executive education pioneer.  Ethan brings 28 years of experience and perspective as a senior leader and educator to his coaching practice. As Senior Associate Dean at Columbia Business School, he led the teams that brought #1 rankings to the School’s Executive MBA and Executive Education programs; raised student satisfaction levels to record levels; and fostered a learning community that nourished tens of thousands of young women and men to achieve their professional goals. When he transitioned in 2011, Columbia Business School recognized his legacy by naming one of the graduating student awards in his honor for perpetuity.  Previous to his deanship at Columbia, Ethan was a product manager with Unilever and a CPA with Arthur Andersen.  Ethan holds an MBA from Columbia University and also is a graduate of Columbia's Coaching Intensive Program.
