Mechanical engineer, with a master’s degree in Sciences of Engineering in IME (Institute of Military Engineering), people management extension in INSEAD, leadership extension in Wharton and Finance administration extension in FGV. Henrique has more than 20 years of experience in HR, but have also worked in engineering, operations, logistics and financial planning for other 10 years. Developed most of his career at Shell, being HR leader for Brazil and Latin America. Delivered the Rio2016 Olympic and Paralympic games, as HR Director, recruiting, training and engaging a workforce of 7.000 paid and 60.000 volunteers, participating since the startup of the Organizing Committee, on a journey of 5 years.
